Well I have been known to be a few fries shy of a happy meal when it comes to fishing. emoCrazy I guess I proved that this evening.Got home a couple hours early and hit the water. Was not there an hour and had my son call and tell me storms were coming. I said thanks and of course stayed. emoGoofy Was not to much longer and foodsaver called and asked if I was on the lake and told him yes. He told me I had better get off and guess what....I stayed. emoRolleyes Was there a few minutes more and son calls again and said was I on my way home and I said no. He said there was tornadoes coming with really bad weather and I had better leave. emoBadLanguage I stayed. It was about that time"GOD" sent me a message. A bolt of lighting hit and was not that far off. emoEek I decided to leave. I got to the landing and there was eight of us all trying to get our boats out at one time. emoBigSmile At least I was not the only stupid fisherman out there. About then Rsimms calls and asked was I still on the lake and I told him only as long as it takes to get my boat out. He made some remark as he thought I was not that stupid, he doesn't know me all that well it appears. emoRedface Got loaded and home right when the big one hit. There was still three boats out there when I left. I hope they are o.k.

Oh...by the way...I boated six bass in between the phone calls and lighting. emoLaugh Four slicks and two keepers. One was three pounds(weighed) and one just over 15 inches. All on plastic and could not get them to hit anything else. May see you on the lake in the morning. emoThumbsup Jmax
