Went out around 11:30 and tried from some crappie out of eldridge road slew. Well wound up with no crappie but caught two 16 inch greenies. Caught them in 3ft of water or less in the back off some laydown. Throwing a charteuse spinnerbait for one and the other was caught on the aruka shad. Both were within 10 min of the other before going back to crappie fishing. the water temp was aound 58 and 60 and we were fishing spawning adjacent to grassy areas with laydowns.
