Had a full day trip with clients getting ready for an upcoming tourny. The winds made us hide today but the fish were still biting in the protected areas. We boated 38 (with a lot of misses) with a lot of short fish and 2 1/2-3 lbers. Did manage one big fish which is my personal best at 9 lbs 9 oz and was over 24 inches long. We caught most the fish shallow but did have a chance to throw a crankbait on some ledges boating 6 all around 3 lbs. After the trip got to fish with dad for a couple hours. We stayed in protected areas boating 11 with big fish of 4 lbs with most being 2 1/2-3 lbs. For the day boated 49 with best 5 was over 24 lbs. Caught fish on creatures and Go 2 Bait plastics. The next 2 months should only get better with great topwater and spinnerbait action.<br /><br />Alex Davis<br /><br />
