Had a couple of free hours this morning so I grabbed my fly rod and went to chick.Fished about 3 hours in a light drizzle and caught several fish.3 smallmouth,3 spots,2 white bass. Hooked a nice smallmouth,it jumped several times and I got a real good look at it.I could see the hook on my fly was barely in the skin on its lip.He was right at my feet and made a sudden surge and big jump and hook pulled out.I won`t try to guess the weight,because no pic it`s just a fish tale,but it was a nice one on any tackle.Also lost a decent spot.Fun Fun Fun.here is a couple of pics
