Put in at Sullivans around 5:30pm with black clouds rolling in. Started raining so we decided to try and wait it out so we sat underneath a boat doc for about 15 minutes. After which we decided to run down river. I am glad we waited it out. David caught the first one about 2 pounds on a shaky head green pumpkin worm then a few minutes later I caught one about the same size on a shaky head. Went on down and David caught another one about 3 pounds then a few minutes I caught one about 3 1/2 pounds. We caught several using the shaky head. I got a couple on a 1/2 ounce blue and black spinnerbait. Great day despite the rain.
