Saturday fished the CFF and CATCH tx. Started out fishing mid-deep cover and deep points. Fished mostly plastics and CBs. Only had a couple of takers on the CB, but the plastic bite was there. We caught a bunch of short fish, and twilson lost a big-un early that make our hearts flutter a bit. We had a small limit, so decided to not even weigh in. We talked to many people saying they beat the shallow banks all day and did pretty well, so I fished by myself Sunday with more luck than Saturday. I fished shallow water most of the day with three quality fish with biggest being 4.5lbs. Spinnerbaits and plastics were the bait of choice. I will upload some pictures later of the keepers later. I would say that if I had kept and weighed best five they would probably been between 11-13 lbs.
