So after my fishing yesterday I had already eliminated some places to try. Well tonight was only a little better. WE tries a 6-9 ft flat at first with no luck. I lost what felt like a decent fish on a xr 50. Then we tried a main river point where Lefty caught one on a xr 75. WE then tried a mid lake hump that was around9-14 ft deep. Caught 4 there in a amount of time, 3 on a biiiiiig worm, 1 on a shaky head. All were the same size 13" WEnt in search of bigger fish. Tried a deep bank, a deep main channel point and a deep hump all with no more fish. When I went to put the light on the back I could not find it. This really just made the night, knowing that if we catch any keepers then we gotta drive with no anchor light on the boat. Deciding to get off the middle of the lake when every other boat had their light on we fished near where I always put in , but never found another fish. Still fun, but no keepers tonight friends. Another time another day.
