Went out to test the boat after I changed the plugs in her this afternoon. Fished from around 530 to around 7:00. Water temp was around 76.5 and I fished 2 spots - one with the boat sitting in around 23' throwing up on 14', and then up closer to the bank in anywhere from 1' to 10' of water. I believe the final total was 6 LM, 1 spot and a crazy little stripe that thought he could take a DD22 for some reason. Had several other bites that I missed on the lizard due to being slow and little bit of wind...One of the LM may have kept if I had stepped on him right hard. Fished watermellon chart lizzard, soddy blue dd22, sexy shad or mama xr50. Can't get any size, but maybe next time - at least the boat ran better and that was the real purpose for this trip anyway. emoFish emoSmile
