Well fish a small club tournament Saturday. I practiced well the thursday before, but finished up poor. I caught plenty of fish, but no keepers. I had caught fish on spinnerbaits, rattle baits, and crankbaits during practice in shallow water. We launched both days from the Hiawasse Bridge and found several good bass in close proximity. We also had found fish around the big flat at Hiawassee Island and in the cove to Dayton Boat Dock. During the T-storms on thursday the fish bit extremely well in 2-3 foot of water. The winner of the club tournament caught most of his fish on the spinnerbaits on main lake shallow humps. I hope this report helps. I appreciate all the help form the repors on the board.
