Hi all,
I'm new to this forum and I wanted to introduce myself. I'm Capt. Raul Montoro and I'm a full time guide in Biscayne Bay, Upper Keys and Flamingo (Florida Bay). I specialize in fly and light tackle fishing for Tarpon, Bonefish, Permit, Snook and redfish.
I will be posting fishing reports to let everyone know whats going on in my neck of the woods. Any questions please feel free to contact me anytime.
