I only had a couple hours this afternoon to try and boat some bass. Mr. Wiskers had told me the area he had caught all those fish this weekend so I went over there to see if I could find them also. I found them just like he had explained. There was a huge amount of crappie and bass suspended over deep water chasing shad. In the hour and a half I boated about 30 bass and fifteen crappie. One small mouth, several Lm with two keepers and mostly spots. Had about 12 keeper spots. Out of the crappie about half of them were slabs. Caught most of them on shakey heads, crappie assassins, a couple on blades and a couple on cranks. Very good short trip, anytime you can put 45 fish in the boat in 90 minutes that is some catching. emoThumbsup Jmax emoApplause
