Well guys the word for the day was water,,,, everywhere,,,,

We got on the water at 11:00 out of Marion Park, and it was raining,,,emoRain

Ran to several holes with only minimal luck, current was ripping and lots of grass floating witch made anchor fishing tough,, managed the big fish of the day at 12 lbs, and it rained,,
Pulled the boat out of the water in a downpour, and headed below the dam, where it was,,, you guessed it,, Raining,,, emoDoh

We fished up next to the dam with no luck, drift fished up close,, no luck,, so we settled down for a long drift down river and down sized everything,,, lets have some fun...
the action started there, managed 15 fish from 2-6 lbs about 50/50 blues and channels,,

About a hr before dark we heard sirens,,,??? They where already pumping water Purity good...
ran back up river to start a new drift and saw what was going on , they had opened up all the Flood Gates "just a little" and it looked crazy up there by the gates,, didn't got to close,,, but the water was really moving down there which shut the fish off, or they could not catch up to the bait one... emoScratch

Greats and Wet day of fishing
Puddle
Oh and on the ride home,,,, It Rained,, emoBig
