We put in below nickajack dam about 8 this morning and noticed fish jumping all around the ramp. We decided to just troll around the ramp and we started catching fish right off the bat. Caught a few there and decided to run around a little after it warmed up. We caught fish everywhere that had rocks, mostly spots but a decent smallmouth every now and then. No size really but good numbers. Water temp was 60-62 and we caught em on spinnerbaits and spooks in the morning then switched over to worms and jigs after the sun got up good.
