Got the old boat up and going again!! She's got a ..new to me.. 1972 100hp Johnson on her and its runnin good. Its also for sale! emoBig
See For sale forum. Anyways...while we were out tryin her out we decided to try out a few spots and see if the kitties were a bitin..and some were and some were not. Big fish of the day was 32 pounds...not huge..but respectable. Ol Blue has seen ALOT bigger in her day...but we were happy just to get out for awhile and enjoy the BEAUTIFUL day!!! It started out a little foggy...then it got foggier....and then it was just about white out....but man it sure got pretty when the fog burned off. We used skipjack and garlic flavored chicken today. We caught fish on both but the 32 came on a skipjack head. The eaters came on the chicken. Absolutely GREAT day to be out there though. Water temp was 55 when we put in right at sunrise and was 60 when we left at 12:30. We had a great time sitting there in the fog this morning drinking hot chocolate ( eat your heart out Keith!!) and telling lies!!
