Was to meet a buddy to fish at 8am but got a voice mail at 8:10 that said that he couldn't make it. The rain started about that time but I decided to fish for some meat as there are some at work that are still wanting more crappie. Fished until 9:15 with a limit and 2 TARPs. DK and JF came to fish with me a few minutes after I got fishing. Had about the best hour of fishing size wise. Fished about 14 feet deep near a creek channel. 1/16 ozers with Panfish Assassins. Never broke off and never had to change baits, that was a very efficient outing. I called my buddy to see what happened and we may get out this afternoon. I figured that today would be better than yesterday as the front is coming through today. Get out there if you can!
