fish light

lost my proc. can anyone tell me if its legal to put a light on/under the water to attract bait fish

The only mention I found in the procs about artificial light is mentioned in pg.9 (R657-13-9) "Use of artificial light is unlawful while underwater spearfishing." My fishing buddy gave me a 12V floating light and have used it a couple of times at Utah Lake with minimal success. My guess would be any kind of artificial light is legal unless you're spearfishing underwater.
