<br /> man what a slow day but the fish that were caught were nice..water still flowing like crazy and the water still pretty low visibilty.. water temp was 45 fished from up around the locks to downtown and then back again. Had 4 bites all day caught 3 and missed the other one.. All fish came on a 3/8 ounce candy craw football jig with a lake fork craw traler. Thanks to Bass15 for the big bag of them they worked well.. ill be glad for the river settle down and winter patterns get going.<br /> the hof smallie was a handful on light spinning gear and the current.. Got a good length and girth measurement and plugged it in when i got home.. Was 21 3/8 long and 16 1/8 girth.. putting in 21 and 16 he went 5.88 id say thats a little high but he was easy over 5...
