Well, the sun was out, the temp got above freezing for the first time in several days, so I had to get my fix on the water. When I got to Riverpark they had just closed the gates and dropped the flow from 59k cfs down to 46K cfs. I saw the handwriting on the wall under these conditions, I wouldn't catch a bass and I didn't. I fished from 2:30 til 5:15 pitching jig/pigs at natural and rip-rap rocky shorelines. I only caught a 29 in. TARP drum. The water temp was betw. 40 and 42. Mine was the only car and trailer at Riverpark and I saw only one at the Rivermont ramp. Better days are coming once the flow stabilizes.
