Well, I thought I'd beat the rain this week and get out for another day chasing the cats. I had to deviate from my norm and anchor instead of do my controlled drift because I forgot to charge the batteries after last week's trip! I caught fewer fish than I seem to normally get, with 11 today. Big fish weighed right at 30 lb, with a 17 coming in second. It was kind of cool today without much sun and a bit of wind, but still fun. Very little was happening with the other boats I saw today, so I feel fortunate with what I caught.

This is only the third time I've fished with this boat, and she's keeping a pretty good average so far. On each of the 3 trips I caught at least one Tennessee "TARP" blue cat, with weights of 32, 30, and 27! Keep up the good work, girl!!!! emoToast
