We hit Chickamauga at lunch today and fished 'til 5:30. The fish were between 8-20'. We found several schools of shad with arches on them, so, we cuffed 'em and stuffed 'em with some Lucky Craft jerkbaits. Its was nice to feel them largemouth hit that jerkbait...they were POUNDING it! We moved into a creek and caught some nice ones on a shaky head too (the guys at Grant's hooked me up with a sweet shaky head combo). The water temp was between 43 and 46 degress. The water was clear today and a lot better than a couple of weeks ago. It was a good day out on the lake. I believe the Chick is starting to shed the winter blues. emoDance
