Wanda and I made it out for a couple of hours in this beautiful sunshine for a little bit of scouting and fishing. Scouting was good and fishing was fair. In the limited time that we had, we caught 6 crappie, 1 yellow bass, 1 largemouth bass, and 1 bluegill. All caught on 1/32 oz jigs with stubby butts in albino shad with tail light and crystal shad panfish assassin with tail light. Our count seemed to be around 10-12 today. Bites very subtle. Water temp got up to 50 degrees when we quit. Started off around 48 degrees. Lake level seems to be on the bottom.
