Well it was nice to finally have the chance to get back on my home lake to get on some fish that was easier to pattern out. I have spent my last few days on Lake Neely Henry in Gadsden Al. and the fish on that lake was very tough to figure out, I was able to get a few on x-calibur xr50's and some better fish on a spinnerbait, but none of these were consistent. Now back to the Big "G", I went out with a good friend yesterday and was able to get a lot of small fish with nothing to brag about mostly on jerkbaits. Then today I had a trip with a couple of guys from Ga. and the bite was turned on in deeper grass lines in 3 to 6 ft. of water on x-calibur xr50's in various colors. I don't think the color made a lot of difference especially since most of the time all 3 of us was throwing a different color and catching fish. You can go to my website to see our other pics from today. Great fishing, Mike. www.anglingadventuresmjc.com
