What to expect.....spring is a great time to fish it. This time of year, streamers, BWO's, some midge action, and a ton of nymphing stuff will work. If you're fishing under an indicator, try a Barr emerger, pheasant tail, WD-40 (olive, black, brown this time of year, but red could work), prince nymph, and possibly some egg patterns. The rainbows are getting close to their spawn if they're not there yet.

Cost....depends. You doing a day trip or staying the night? Sleeping in a hotel or a tent? (When I was younger and dumber we'd roll a sleeping bag out in the parking lot in Dutch John and sleep under the stars.)
