tyler ware, Chickamauga, Bass, Drum, 3/31/10, solo
#1
Went fishing after work. Got to the lake close to 7ish. Put in at chick marina. Should have known what kind of day it was going to be before I got started. Tied the boat up with a short rope that happen to be laying on deck, parked the truck and when I got back to the dock there was a couple just staring at my boat 20ft from the dock. Luckily someone showed up with a couple minutes to take me to my fleeing boat. Ran up river and fished a point I like this time of year. Caught 1 bass 1 drum on my hand painted rattletrap. Then nothing. Started back home close to 8:20 and the motor just died like someone had pulled the kill switch. Would not start again/ Started trolling and paddling from above Booker T. Decided this would take all night. sO I had Mendy pick up a friend and drive my truck to Booker T to get my boat. The gate was open so we loaded it up and went I went home. One day I will be able to go to the lake, crank the motor. fish and go home with no problems. Until then if you see a completely ugly trihull barely moving with a guy in the front paddling, see if I need help.
