Gonna be a quick report but man what a day. Nothing too big but alot of fish. Put in at Charleston at about 7:15 this morning and made a short run to the spill way but nothing was going on so headed down river to Olin to fish around the rocks and barges. Caught 15-20 fish all around the barges the weapon of choice was a black buzz bait till aobut 9 a.m. then went hand to hand combat with a chiger craw. Also caught fish on a trick worm, RC 2.5 shad color, Fat CB tennessee shad color. Had one hit the buzz bait 2 feet from the boat that had to go close to 5lbs. Biggest fish boated was about 3lbs. Also caught one that had an eel on its head right between the eyes about 7 inches long. And got a nice pic of a big gar that came up to check out my boat. Beautiful day to be on the water.
