Went to Hemmingway this morning at 7am. Fishing there was real slow between myself and two other groups of people there I caught 1 fish and another guy got a bite and that was it. There were alot of pieces of anchovies around, figure maybe somebody had a good night before. Left at 10am tried other sid of marina real quick before I left for nothing. Tried to salvage the rest of the day at 33hole. Good ol'33hole fish are smaller, but chances are your gonna get something. Fished in my usual spot and ended up with 2 stripers and 4 cats. Lots of cats today. All fish caught on sardines. I noticed on my way to Hemmingway this morning there were alot of boats in the Vegas Gov't Wash area more than usual.
Anybody else go out today?
Threw in a pic of the fish at Hemmingway this morning and a pic of the marina. The one of the plane I took last fall.

I thought this plane was going to plow into those boats he was definately cutting it close.

It would be cool to have a fishing airplane. With a fish finder, live well and everything else.

Thats something I'd like to see. Fly in open the door fold out someking of deck or chair and drop the trolling motor from the landing skid. Cruise on over to that pontoon boat in the picture and ask them what they are biting on. Jetset guide service. Fish lake mead, Lake powell, and fly over the grand canyon and have them back in time for the garth brooks concert.

Don't know how many "bags" but I made three 1 gallon ziplock bags full. If you went to the NV striper club weigh-in you would have heard me say TEMPLE BAR as I took 2nd place in the tournament.
The wind made the perfect storm, we fished at the big butte straight across from the marina just inside the mouth of a cove. Anchovies and dinos on a carolina rig 60, then 80 to 120. They are very close to the bottom and really hammer the bait.
(note: the fish were cleaned and given to the disable vets who are unable to fish themselves)
