Well it was an awesome day to be on the water. We started off early in a slough up river and caught our first small keeper right within a few minutes of stopping on a red eye shad. We hoped to cull it but we never could get rid of it. We moved around several more times and my partner picked up the 3rd Bigfish around a dock up in the shallow water. Around 10ish we picked up our 3rd good keeper flipping a shallow dock and that was about the end of our day. We caught several more small fish on a red eye shad up in the back of sloughs but nothing of any size. With all the boats out today it was hard to find a spot to fish later in the day. lol It was great seeing all my old friends from on here and meeting new ones. The tourney was ran well and I am glad we got blasted off before the fog got too thick.
