Best fishing came on deeper rock gravel points.I threw a half oz stone jig with 12 lb flourocarbon this morning and in about a hour had lost a few nice fish.I decided to down grade to a hair jig and a small craw trailer with 8lb. line it did the trick I landed the next 5 fish that bit.we all know that going smaller works when coming up short on the hookset but its not allways something that comes to mind.I dont know about you but I dont do good lettn em have it longer in hopes of a better hook set.
