So why do those of us who are non-residents have to pay $30.00 for the decal and residents only have to pay $10.00. Are we at greater risk ?? Wyoming residents don't fish out of state, therefore they will not bring the little buggers in with them ??? What gives ?? Just another way to get into our back pocket. Idaho is doing the same thing, stiff the non- resident. License fees I can see, but Mussel decals, that is a RIP OFF !!!
