I usually fish the middle provo just below the j dam. Anybody know of any other public access points? I'm pretty sure as long as you enter on public land and leave on public land your not trespassing.
Anyways, just looking for another spot to soak some line.

If you are driving through Heber, heading toward Jordonelle, you'll hit an intersection on the far north of town (about a mile below the dam as previously mentioned). You can turn right and head toward Kamas, or turn left and head off toward Midway. Either way offers access. If you turn right and head toward Kamas, take the next left and that road takes you along the river bottom and offers a very nice sportsmans access off on the left side. Walk a ways downstream to get into some nice holes.
If you go left toward Midway, there is some room for parking on the east side of the bridge that crosses the river. You can fish upstream or down for some nice fishing. The area from that bridge to the freeway going up to J. has recently been 'reclaimed' and there are some nice holes and runs in that section now.
There are more areas toward Deer Creek that you can get into. Fishboy2 fishes the middle alot. You could PM him and he might be able to give you some of his secrets[cool].
Best of luck,
ES

Junkseige,
Go to www.mitigationcommission.gov , there is a map of the middle Provo with all public access points. Good site with info on what they are doing and why. Also up to date conditions on water flows etc.
