i was out fishing this morning at the pond in my neighborhood, the pond is only 3-maybe 4 acres and its in RI so i figured that a regular strength hook would be fine as i have had no problems before....... i was wrong, currently the RI state bass is around 10lbs, i hooked and caught one around 12!!!! but i didn't get it in my hands for a picture,
soooo... i want a rematch, i caught it from shore in the middle of a tree that had fallen over but still was growing so there was a lot of cover, im not sure what to do to catch it again but it seems like it stays in that area because somebody caught one around 7lbs last year that i thin might have been the same only like 30yds away
any techniques that could help get me a fair rematch.
