<br /> Well, I must have a big heart as Tyler&#39;s troubles finally got to me and I asked him today if he wanted to go fishing with me. We hit the Chick at about 5:45 (susposed to be 5:30 but somebody was lateemoMad). We fished the usual community holes, ledges, drops etc. We were using deep diving cranks, got a few on a Sammy that were schooling and drop shot minnow immiations and we caught fish from the time the boat came off plane until about dark. Ended up boating 44 bass (TW got 18 and I got 26), 2 channel cats, 1 big crappie, and 5 yellow stripe. TW was smiling the whole evening, even with the 95 degree sunny weather. No big fish tonight but we did have 8-10 keepers with our best 3 going 7.5 lbs and our best 5 going around 11 lbs. Water temp was a blistering 90-91 degrees, which was 4 degrees warmer than last Saturday on the river. Fish were holding in 12-22 feet of water on or near the main river channel.<br /> We fished a little after dark and got a short on a chigger craw and a small keeper on a black/blue spinner bait. Took out at 10:30 and man am I beat. <br /> 44 bass in one trip is my record for the Chick, not a bad way to spend 5 hours.
