<br /> First time out in a while. Arrived too late. As I was puttin in, I met a couple CFFers leaving. Ran to the Dam for bait and the bait was exploding out of the boils. Two throws and I had more than enough 3" yellow tails.<br /> I headed for the Honey-hole. I stopped short and trolled in. Before I even got into position I pitched a big bait into my spot. Instantly my line tightened, "Fish-on" first cast got the first fish. Approximately 3 1/2 - 4# Smallmouth. I put it in the open box while I got the camera. I was going to pitch my line out while I took the first pic but not this time "Fish-on". I caught an approximately 2 1/2# fat spot. Two fish two cast. I thought, what a great day for getting there too late. Well after about 15 minutes and three more fish on and off, one of which was a sow. the bottom fell out. The water level dropped about 18". That was the end of my awesome fishing adventure. I did a little running the headed back to the shack.. I just knew I was going to show an awesome report. Maybe next time if I can get there about three hours earlier I may have something to show for it.<br /> ,
