Since I was fishing alone today I thought I&#39;d get an early start so was fishing at 6 AM, emoAngler , should&#39;a stayed in bed for that early start, emoCrazy emoBadLanguage Didn&#39;t catch a fish &#39;till 8 AM Boy they&#39;re hard to find for me, emoBadLanguage Fished docks, bluffs, and deep structure today emoGoofy emoFish <br />Ended the day at 11:30 with 18 crappie, 2 bass, (if you call them little yellow things with the razor blades for gill plates, bass) and 2 &#39;gills. About half the crappie were keepers with only 2 being 12 inches, 
Didn&#39;t keep any fish today, turned &#39;em all back to grow up, 
Bite came at 9:30-10;00 on my fish watch, emoThumbsup It had started to get hot at 11 so I spent a little time lookin&#39; at the channel edges to see if the fish were there. I found a lot of fish in the channel but not many in less than 12 FOW. <br />Most fish caught on a dark crystal shad Pan Fish Assassin with some on a BG bleeding shad. All had a tail light emoThumbsup Water temp was back up to 84-85* and the crappie were on a 18 count on a 1/32 nd. Most hits were at the 18 count without moving the jig, as the fish hit on the drop.<br />May go back and troll for crappie on Thursday, tryin&#39; for the deep bite on crank baits, emoTongue
