Heard about a neat contest through my work with the SAMHSA and the What A Difference A Friend Makes program. It's a video contest. Just make a video about how you've helped a friend who has a mental health issue. Can be about anything that relates to that theme. The cool thing is that you can win a trip to the Voice Awards in Hollywood and have your video shown there. How cool is that?!
