Late post, sorry. I took a Customer of ours fishing Friday morning for about 1.5 hours, as we had real work to do. He is the buyer of all hunting & fishing apparel for Bass Pro Shops, in Missouri. it took only 3 casts & we were in fish, & as I hauled in a 13", he says to me, "We dont catch crappie that size on Lake of the Ozarks!" Well his first fish was a 13.5" & he says, "I've never caught a crappie this size before!" Then my next fish was a 14.25" & I say to him, "These are just normal sized fish, you should come back bout December." We quit at 25 keepers, all of which were 12" of better, 14.25" was biggest.
