Went up to spy on the FLW this morning. Man, what a string of boats that came up by the Nuke about 7:10 am! I didn't know that Yamaha had sold that many of those 4 stroke SHO 250's! Seems like every other boat had one. Another thing, how many National Guard wrap boats are out there? Two were in the parking lot at the Wolf and I must have counted 8 that ran by me today! Everyone I spied on was fishing grass. I don't feel too bad about my day if only 16 lbs. is leading. I only caught 7 fish, two were dinks, two I didn't measure but would have been close. Then a two and a three and a 4 1/2. All were on a spinnerbait in the grass except the 4 1/2 which was on a Jerry Malone Bulliah jig. Going back in the morning and do some more spying!
