Went out for some bass last night with some friends and they were biting good just couldnt set the hook. At least one of us caught something, A Sand Shark!!!

I dont eat sand sharks normally but had some prepared by a korean gentleman at my local pier. He served it raw straight out of the water, with an asian sauce mildly warm and with a small glass of rice wine..went down a treat

Nothing like rice wine with a nice plate of mercury. LOL!!! Glad he was able to get it palletable. Sand shark isn't my favorite at all.

Mako or Bonnetheads, those are some good eats.
