3M ( Scientific Anglers ) announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Ross Reels Ross Reels employs approximately 25 people at its operations in Montrose, Colorado. The transaction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
