JDK, Riverpark, Spot city, 10/2

<br /> just havent wanted to go to the lake lately so hit the river about 8 this morning.. No flow at all water down about 2 ft so i knew to catch fish i had to go downriver fished from backside of golf course down to browns ferry marina and caught fish at every place i stopped.. I lost count at 40 and i bet i easily caught over 75 fish to bad wasnt much size to them but was a good enjoyable day.. caught 2 Brim, 1 giant alabama smallmouth, 4 smallies, and the rest were Spots didnt catch a single largemouth.. Fish wanted reaction baits.. threw xr50 most of the day and it did most of the damage also caught a few on Lucky Craft Fat BDS4's and RC 1.5DD caught a few on jigs and 2 of the 4 smallies was on a tube.. Had one good smallie looked to be between 4 and 5 lbs jump off he hit the trap soon as it hit the water 40 yards from boat.. couldnt keep him down and on the 4th jump he was gone.. Like i said was fun day and good numbers trip but disapointed on the size and lack of smallies.. No current really sucks Thanks TVA.. I would say a 200 fish day would be easy right now with 2 in the boat fishing.. <br /> Funny part of the day all the spots i kept catching kept calling me Mr Whiskers i think they were expecting to see him..
