Got to the ramp about 2:45am and started throwing spinnerbaits. As usual up there, kept getting hits, but they would never take the bait. So I decided to take my trailer off. That seemed to do it. Guess those smaller spots just kept trying to eat the trailer. It wasn't fast and furious, but I did constantly catch em while it was dark. Nothing big ( as usual up there). About safelight I ran to my favorite area and immidiately put a 3.5lber in the boat. Few casts later I got another 3lber. Moved further into the creek. Now Im mixing in topwater. Near a dock I caught a 3lb slimeball ( largemouth ) . Keep on moving back , had a monster blow up on my topwater lure, but it never took it. Had a few more swirls, but no more takers. Decided to throw a shakeyhead a bit. caught a nice 2.5lber right away. Then started putting a whooping on dinks . Good grief there are a crap load of 10" dinks in that lake. Moved around a lot trying some new areas. Caught fish everywhere,
ly most weren&#39;t much bigger than 12 inches. About 1pm I headed back to my favorite area and tossed a drop shot around. Finally caught another pretty good one. It was just under 3lbs. Faught like it was 10lbs ! LOL ! Went home around 2:30pm. Ended up putting close to 50 in the boat ( lots of tiny ones ). But on a good note , That was the most weight I&#39;ve caught up there for a five fish limit. 14&#43;lbs. <br />
