Started at Sunrise with 1 ft visibility due to the FOG in Mud Creek. Felt our way out. Lord help the boaters coming full plane, no way they could see us or anything else.<br />The early top water bite never really got on. I pulled a couple from pointer 100 and had couple misses on the buzz bait. Through the day until 2 PM I had a few 2 lbers on the pointer moving around the Mud Creek area. At 2PM I found myself in a wind blown area just at the channel bend coming out of the creek. The bite was on with the ice cicle fluke and boated 18 bass with some above 3 lbs. My partner came back the next day same spot with the jigging spoon and caught 40 more fish for the day. Crazy 2 days with some big ones but mostly lots of fun. Crazy beautiful days this weekend too.
