Okay fellow anglers I need the skinny on this place. I am considering going soon and maybe taking some fellow anglers but I have heard very mixed reviews.[unsure]

I would like to hear both positive review and negative reviews past and present from the BFT Gang[sly]

[cool]Hey fishfather,

Turner Outdoorsman has a web site that provides a fishing report on all rivers and lakes in our area. Here is today's report.http://www.turners.com/engage/reports_fishreport.php

IRVINE LAKE: Very good catfish action around the docks for fresh plants or in deep water for bigger, holdover fish. Agwi Hance, Santa Ana, caught an 11 1/2-pound albino catfish on shrimp near the dam, while Sharon Davis, Cypress, had a 7-even. Ronson Smothers, Los Angeles, landed four cats totaling 17-0, and Mack and Shane Todd, both Stanton, had 10 cats totaling 23.10 pounds. Also a decent crappie bite at night under lights in Sierra Cove. Bluegill excellent on meal worms around the docks. Sept. 27-28 24-hour derby. For information, call (714) 649-9111.
