Finally drew out for a big bull tag. First ever. Passed up a few smaller bulls and finally settled on this one. Heard him in the wallow all morning with a smaller 5x 5 and followed him into heavy timber behind the cows . Didn't really have to sneak up much with all the cows roaming about. Just walked slow and kept cow calling. Got within 50 yards and one shot thru the vitals and he was mine. Thanks to my bro in law for horses to haul him out. Saw a few bigger bulls in different areas, well out of rifle range even. Fun to get out, first time with a muzzle loader.
