Lower Provo After Work
#1
Hit the lower Provo yesterday after work. Caught five in an hour. # 20 Sow bugs were the ticket. One nice bow. Love to get some river time in when its warm...if its not going to snow, might as well rip some lips.

[Smile]Nice photo man! I hit it up last Monday and Friday around Sundance and had 12-15 fish days both days. What blew me away was how many Rainbows I caught! I hardly ever catch Bows' on the Lower and to catch 5-6 both days was incredible. The money for me was a #22 fb olive scud. Caught others on Pheasant Tail variations and some red/white Santa Claus's but mostly the scuds. The Bows' were all big fatties 16-17"ers right around 3 lbs each. I think they are in pre-spawn mode and it seems like the browns are in the tailings waiting for egg time. Any way, good luck, keep up the good work.

Wow, what a beautiful fish![shocked]

I was on the LP Sunday afternoon (Canyon View and Vivian Parks) and didn't do nearly as well... fought a stiff downstream breeze and landed 2 footlong browns on a #16 Serendeepity.
