Are they coming in shallow yet? Just curious if anybody has been out lately

According to Jared on Alan's board he watched some real big females roll into the marina and laid eggs right there... The males rolled in did there thing and left... He said it was quiet the scene.... I don't know if the lake is the same since the water temps are way different...this was like 2 weeks ago...

I also saw 2 very big bass at scenic overlook this past wednesday that I thought were carp, I didn't see any nest but it's prob under some brush...i am aching for bass...

The largemouth are coming up shallow and are staging for the spawn. It may be a little cold for them to really start bedding, but the next warm spell we get will push them all up and the bedding should begin.
