[font "Times New Roman"]Spring Break week was this past week for us down here on the Island. My brother and I had a great week running spring break fishing trips. This is the 2nd year in a row that we ran every fishing trip. The weather was great and the fishing was even better. We had some really great days on the water. All of our customers seemed to have a lot of fun and were very happy. All week the action was pretty much non stop. We caught plenty of sand trout, sheepshead, puppy drum, over sized drum, some redfish, a few speckled trout and even some spanish mackerel. Over all it was probably the best combination of weather and fishing we have had during spring break in many years. What more can you ask for. I will start to target speckled trout and redfish over the next couple of weeks. The trout bite right now has been very slow. No good reports from anywhere.
