Upper/Mid/Lower Weber?

Just curious....
From what point(s) do you consider the Weber River to be Upper, Middle, and Lower?
I know where I typically fish...but have no idea what section to call it.

Middle= Between Rockport and Echo Reservoirs
Lower= Below Echo Reservoir
