SPI surf

the SPI surf has been in an uproar the last few weekends. The bite has slowed uo and down the beach but some nice reds have been caught at the jetties on mullet.maybe things will pick up as these weather patturns settle a bit.

with your score for this year, how would you rate fishing in your area compaired to past years?

I would have to say that it is a mix. The Tarpon were realy in here thick for about a month. More so than last year.But the reds seem slower than last year.And the big jack crevalle have been few and far between.This is supposed to be the best time of the year for fishing down here.Oct. Nov, and Dec. I am going to go ahead and add my ace in the hole. I thought I might catch one bigger but it doesn't look that way now.
