Cooked some trout tonight,, butterflyed them and took out all of the bones, coated them in italian bread crumbs from winco and fried them in oil. WOW!!!!

Butterflied and pin boned just like a pro. I bet they were good. Sad to waste that dang good catfish bait[Wink]
